In my opinion, being unfriendly is more exhausting than being friendly. When you are unfriendly, you have to constantly put up a facade and guard yourself against others, which can be mentally draining. On the other hand, being friendly allows you to be more open and genuine, leading to more positive interactions and less emotional labor. Overall, maintaining a friendly demeanor tends to be less taxing on both the mind and body. **

University websites often appear outdated and are not user-friendly due to a variety of reasons. One common reason is that universities have complex structures and multiple departments, making it challenging to maintain a cohesive and modern website design. Additionally, universities may prioritize other areas such as academics and research over website design and user experience. Limited resources and budget constraints can also contribute to the lack of updates and improvements on university websites. Lastly, the bureaucratic nature of universities can lead to slow decision-making processes, hindering the ability to implement changes quickly. **
